INGREDIENTS
(Makes 4 Servings)
- ¼ Cup of Chia seeds
- ¼ Cups of Sesame Seeds
- ¼ Cups of Sunflower Seeds
- ½ TBSP of Herb Mix Seasoning
- ½ tsp of Sea Salt
- 1 Cup of Water
Guacamole
- ½ Mashed Avocado
- Juice of Half a Lime
- Pinch of Sea salt
DIRECTIONS
- Pre-heat the oven to 175C.
- Mix all the seeds together with water and seasonings. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the seed mixture evenly until flat.
- Bake for 30 minutes then remove from the oven, cut them into squares, flip and bake for another 15
- While the crackers are baking combine all the guacamole ingredients in a bowl and mash until you have a smooth consistency.
