Breakfast on the run or snack time!I pop these in the freezer for those hormonal craving days after dinner when I feel like a sugary treat..takes the cravings away and tastes amazing.
INGREDIENTS:
(Makes around 30 balls)
- 1 cup Almonds
- 1½ cups Sunflower seeds
- ½ cup Dates, chopped
- ¼ cup Coconut, shredded
- ½ tsp Cinnamon, ground
- ¼ cup Cacao powder
- ¼ cup Coconut oil
- ½ cup Honey or maple syrup
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Grind almonds, sunflower seeds and coconut in food processor to a coarse consistency.
- Add dates and remaining ingredients, except for coconut, and blend mixture.
- Shape into small balls ...roll in coconut and refrigerate until required.
